These are Lower World Elemental Self-Transformational Shamanic Journeys (Not Actual Middle World Experiences) that release our habitual middle world form attachments to our self identity stories and replaces our sense of separation and feeling all alone.

They also address our Fear of Personal Power to healthy boundaries and to assert ourselves when needed to speak our truth. They also replace our depression, feeling low, dispirited, apathetic, gloomy, sad, dejected and hopeless with Zest for Life, Passion, Courage, Confidence, Happiness and Feeling Fulfilled.

These start out Guided and you can learn to journey yourself. They could be:

Soul Loss occurs when we have an experience often described as ‘We Lose a Part of Our Soul’ that results in any sense of emptiness or of being disconnected or of never recovered from past event and that ‘something is missing’. This can make itself known to you through your struggling with a relationship breakup, apathy, fear, rage, lack of enthusiasm or focus, job loss, depression, addictive behaviors, repeatedly returning to a person, place or event in spite of your best efforts. This list is NOT all inclusive but gives you possible openings to what lies hidden beneath your experiences.

Traditionally soul loss can be result from:

Traumatic events, accidents, illness,

Physical or mental / emotional abuse

As well as sexual abuse,

Allowing your ‘soul’ to be stolen or dominated by another or a group or even not being true to yourself / disallowing or disowning parts of yourself.

Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) is a more modern ‘defined’ cause of Soul Loss.

POWER LOSS occurs when we have become separated from nature and the more-than-human-world and forget our natural place among all our Relatives in Nature. This includes Plants, Animals, Rivers, Landscapes and Stones for starters and all are also expressions of the One Source.

Power Loss as well as Soul Loss can leave “holes” within us and can leave our energy body weakened, making us susceptible to other things getting attached to or within us and causing us harm and can be considered the root cause of illness.

Power Loss Re-Integration can include:

1) Power Animal Retrieval and Bonding.

2) Connecting to the real Lower World, shedding layers of separation and distortion, suffocated by modern “civilization”.

3) Connecting with an Ancient Human Lower World Spirit Guide who teaches us how to live as an integral “Part” of Nature and NOT SEPARATE from it.

4) Re-Wilding ourselves, essentially addressing how we live our lives as a way of being.

Let me be very clear here:

This session is NOT about reliving any past experience that has any connection to any Trauma you experienced!! It is totally unnecessary and not safe to relive it.

In fact, our intention and goal is just the opposite. There are ways we can acknowledge the “cord” connection and its impact upon you and others via your “observation” without “reliving it”.

Not only can you set yourself free but also you can ‘speak’ with the source that helps them or it see how the cord connection no longer serves them or it either.

Once the cord is cut / released, you get to invite the energy you choose to fill that newly opened space!

While this is a subject of vast proportions, it is approached from a simplified and workable space that allows you a safe place to Identify and Remove Intrusions. The most common ‘intrusions’ include Thought Forms that interfere and can cause harm due to being trapped or lodged in our energy body. Examples: “I am stupid”; “No matter what I do, it is never enough”: “No one could really love me”.

Intrusions can be elaborate belief systems: “Catholic guilt related to original sin”; or “I am being punished because of a ‘past life’ or ‘karma’”; or family or teacher said, “You will never amount to anything” or “You can’t do anything right” ; anything you say to yourself that includes ‘should’ or ‘should not’ or ‘must’ or ‘must not’ such as “I should always feel grateful” or “I should never cry or be angry” or “I must make people like me”.

Intrusions can hide behind physical symptoms: bad back, gall-stones, asthma, etc., keeping in mind that this is NOT always the case and these methods only support professional attention.

Historically, Intrusions like someone’s ‘poisonous words’ or ‘foreign bodies’ or ‘something possessing you’ or feeling like you have been ‘kicked in the teeth’ or ‘in the stomach’, can also show up in your energy field.

Intrusions can even be picked up from places, buildings or rooms.
